What we will expect from you:

📋 Project Management:

  • Ensure the follow-up of developments by guaranteeing the quality of the deliverables and the respect of deadlines.
  • Supervise the technical architecture and technological choices of projects, in close collaboration with the development teams.
  • Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure good communication and optimal project management.

⚙️ Technical excellence:‍

  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with other departments.
  • Adopt best practices and tools like Sonar to ensure a quality code
  • Structure and improve our CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.


💡 Innovation and Performance:

  • Offer continuous optimizations of development, testing, and deployment processes to improve productivity.
  • Encourage innovation by introducing new technologies or methodologies to improve product performance such as ML and AI.
  • Analyze and optimize the technical performance of applications to guarantee their scalability and long-term stability.

And you in all of this?

  • Graduated from a computer engineering school or an equivalent diploma (BAC+5).
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a solid background as a Tech Lead or in similar roles.
  • You are proficient in several development technologies, such as Java Spring, Node.js, Python, and React.
  • You communicate perfectly in French, both written and spoken.
  • You are up to date on the best practices on the market in software development.
  • You are proficient in agile methodologies, in particular Scrum and SAFe.
