What we will expect from you:

  • As a UX Designer, you are responsible for the design of user-friendly, simple and useful digital journeys, in order to make our customers' products and services ever more obvious and “user friendly”.
  • You work on digital innovation issues. Under the direction of our design director, you work on:
  • The framework of the design project: Understanding the subject, analysis of the design challenge, in-depth analysis through various workshops and interviews to define the scope of the expression of needs combining user needs and organizational and technical feasibility.
  • The definition of user profiles (personas).
  • Information architecture.
  • The formalization of the course via models and prototypes of the future web and mobile interfaces to be developed.
  • Support in the management of the design project.

And you in all of this?

  • With a higher education in art school, ergonomics or specialized masters, you have experience in user-oriented design and/or ergonomics.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, a good ability to analyze, be proactive and creative, you like to work in a team and iterate your proposals.
  • You master wireframing and prototyping tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, InVision.
  • You have a good understanding of the principles of web interface development (XHTML integration, AJAX, CSS, web standard,...)
