What we will expect from you:

📊 Financial management and planning:

  • Manage and coordinate the group's Tunisian and French accounts in collaboration with its accounting experts: guarantee the reliability of the accounts and their compliance with accounting procedures and standards.
  • Manage cash flow: monitor cash flow, plan cash flow and operating budgets.
  • Manage the annual audit of the accounts of the group's subsidiaries.
  • Source and negotiate all types of services and/or materials with the purchasing departments of the group's suppliers and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage management control: produce performance indicators, build reports, carry out economic analyses of financial statements, implementation of consolidated accounts.
  • Analyze the profitability of the various service lines and write the financial communication for the Management.


🗂️ Administrative and legal management:

  • Ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework in force.
  • Follow-up and supervision of all tax returns with the help of the firm.
  • Manage the relationship and negotiate with external partners (bankers, auditors, professional organizations, administrations, purchasing departments of our customers and suppliers).
  • Ensure legal, regulatory and economic monitoring of its sector of activity (financial, fiscal, social, environmental standards).


💻 Human resources management: In collaboration with our recruitment manager:

  • Guarantee the application of the labor code and the collective agreement.
  • Manage the payroll of group employees.
  • Supervise personnel administration: employment contracts, leave, personnel files.

And you in all of this?

  • Diplômé(e) en finance, comptabilité ou management, tu disposes d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Tu possèdes une solide expérience en matière de modélisations financières sur Excel et Google Sheet et maîtrise Sage sur le bout des doigts.
  • Tu possèdes de solides compétences en gestion financière et comptable, et tu es à l’aise dans la gestion des relations clients et fournisseurs.
  • Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), tu sais gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément avec efficacité.
  • Tu communiques aisément en français, aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
